Don't see any problem in individuals voting their preferred location.
After-all, these individuals are the ones to later volunteer for the
organising team. Good to see which place has people more preference for.

That being said, BangPypers (Bangalore's Python users' group) would love to
step in for Bangalore. We've started a small internal discussion since last
2 weeks and would be soon asking for volunteers to pitch in to get things
going.
