Mentorship WG updates

We are reaching out to confirmed mentors to get their preferred
timings and the same with the first round of selected speakers. Once
we have a few of those ready, we will start scheduling the calls for
rehearsals.
For now, the efforts are more around gathering these data and working
on a draft schedule.
If everything goes as expected, and we will start having rehearsal
calls in the second part of the next week.

Since this is a time pairing scenario that can be challenging, the
more mentors and volunteers we have, the better and easier our job
