One of the trends I am also seeing is of Hybrid events which are happening
both online and Physically
Pros:
1. We can slowly transition to the Physical events
2. People can travel and meet physically
3. We can go back to the old ways of doing it in shoestring budget in
collaboration with an educational institution
Cons:
1. Challenges of setting up infra for all the tracks in the rooms for
online broadcasting
2. Putting together an experienced Local team
3. Cost of travelling , Catering and other logistics
