Okay. Let's say an hour.
Shall we have it after the conference? Based on last years experience, a
lot of tiny things come up (caterer not yet here, wifi not working,
Mr. X needs to meet Mr. Y etc.).
I'd feel much better conducting the AGM *after* the conference.
