[IPython-dev] IPython lists and spam: good news

Hi all,

I know you've all been frustrated with the spam flow as of late.  With Joe 
Cooper's (SciPy admin) help, I finally found the right options to change in 
mailman.

As of now, non-subscriber posts will be held for me to moderate, so hopefully 
you shouldn't see any more random spam coming in from the outside world. 
However, if I start getting too many requests (which I just don't have the 
time to deal with), I'll flat out block non-subscriber posts with a 'discard' 
option.

I hope this improves things a bit for everyone.
