[IPython-dev] Slow typing with windows readline?

Well, yesterday I tested it on a borrowed windows computer and it felt just 
fine for me.  But my vast expertise under windows is well-known around here, 
so I won't embarrass myself trying to guess any further...

Good luck tracking this one down, and let me know of anything I can do under 
ipython to contribute.
