[IPython-dev] Distribution via "Easy Install"?

Mmh.  My last encounter with eggs wasn't the most pleasant, but I preferred to 
reserve that comment.  I am sure that in the long run eggs will be a good 
cross-platform solution, and I'm all for including in the next release support 
for them.  Let the patches roll :)
