[IPython-dev] IPython1 Saw alpha1 is released

Hello all,

In prepration for the IPython sprint this weeked, we are pleased to
announce the first alpha release of IPython1 "Saw".  This released has
been 6 months in the making and there are many new things.

Some places to begin with saw are:

We plan on going through a number of alpha releases before declaring
"Saw" as stable, so please  file bug reports and give us feedback.
