[IPython-dev] prefilter reorg status

Gents,

Unfortunately, I've been a bit swamped, and I haven't had time to  
merge in that work.  I'm pretty sure I can make it happen early next  
week (sometime in Mon-Wed), and when I do, I'll go ahead and put it  
in the new work branch.

Sorry to be drawing this out...
