[IPython-dev] Prefilter reorg ready for trunk

Ville (and all),

So, I've got the prefilter cleanup all set for the trunk.  I do have  
svn access so I can commit it myself.  But, before I do that, I  
wanted to make sure this is a good time.  I've ported all my various  
tests and run those, but I don't know how much of the IPython  
universe those really cover, so I just wanted to ask first.
