Sorry, we need to just remove those docs altogether.  Now that all the
IPython1 code has been merged in, there's no need for that anymore.
And in the bzr trunk, foolscap is correctly checked for at setup time.

We're merging in all the code for a release, and I'll try to work on
cleaning up the docs at the site later to avoid these traps for the
unwary.
