I'm deep fighting with the setup.py which is pretty seriously broken,
so I can't deal with this.  I'm ok leaving it as is, since the code is
written, but no promises: when we restructure magics, I reserve the
right to change this if needed.  If it can be kept without hassles, I
won't change it gratuitously; but my tolerance for special-casing
stuff is dropping dramatically, so this one could go in the future
(into cd -p foo or similar).
