[IPython-dev] FYI: Updated team URL on launchpad

Hi all,

in case you kept any bookmarks for this around, I've changed the name
and description of the IPython team on launchpad, so now we have:

https://launchpad.net/ipython -> project page (code, bugs,...). Unchanged.
https://launchpad.net/~ipython-dev -> "IPython Developers" team. Changed.

Hopefully this will reduce confusion.

If anyone objects let me know, but I figured some simple decisions
like these can just be made :)
