I could help with that, too!

We are heavy into Matplotlib, Qt4, Mac OS X, ipython, and ipython1 for  
our data analysis app.

I'd love to push against a Twisted driver for Qt 4.4 and/or PyObjC2...

... or whatever else makes sense. I suspect that our remoting  
architecture will NOT be at the Python layer, but It Would Be Nice to  
be able to invoke remote events from within the Python shell.

We are considering a move away from matplotlib towards QWT, but I  
daresay that we won't do that without *serious* contemplation, and  
some reworking or combination of IPython-Matplotlib such that we have  
a remote-procedure-call story for Matplotlib processes may be  
sufficient.
