In my observation, bzr and launchpad are just fine, and I don't think
you guys will have any problems with it either. Performance is good,
and the merging I have done so far has worked wihouth a hitch. At this
point I'm not even sure whether hg really *is* better than bzr, now
that early bzr performance problems don't exist anymore. hg has
slightly better GUI support on windows, though, but I don't really
care about that.

Summary summarum, I am not sure whether setting up own servers (in
order to host hg) is worth the time and expense, and the results could
be worse (for example, would it be possible for *anyone* to register a
public branch on the custom server, like with Launchpad?)
