[IPython-dev] Bzr plugin to check line endings

There now exist a plugin (pre-commit-hook) for bzr that prevents us
from accidentally checking in code with CRLF line endings. Thank you
Alexander!

I've added .checkeol to the root of stable-dev, it will work if you
install the following plugin to your bazaar plugins directory:

http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~bialix/+junk/checkeol

For my Vista machine, the plugins directory is:

C:\Users\ville\AppData\Roaming\bazaar\2.0\plugins

(Gotta love those windows directories...)
