[IPython-dev] bzr problems with attributes

Hi Ville,

since you started updating code in bzr already, I'm going to leave the
back-merge into SVN trunk to you to avoid conflicts and will push bug
fixes into bzr myself also.  But I just noticed that the bzr branch
was built without the proper execution attributes on all the files
(things like the setup.py scripts aren't executable).  Could you fix
the bzr stable-dev branch?
