I'm doing the ip0 thing. There is already ipython.rst in doc/, but I
need to fix the sphinx setup. It already creates the full document,
but there are some warnings to clear up.

We should have a pretty IPython0 document up soon, and I'll also make
it a bit more up to date before 0.8.3.
