Yes, but bzr does not work well with rebase from a UI POV. You should
not use it for the above user-cases, specially since bzr is specifically
designed with a very different mindset when it comes to sharing work
with others. bzr developers never use rebase.

Rewriting history is just not such a great feature once anyone else
started to look at it: integrating it into the official code will not
reflect what happened, and if you need to go back at it one year later,
there will be no chance to understand what happened.
