I didn't see this - also, I like to do my final testing from the final
merged trunk....so this is what I have been doing.  I have found a few
more things that I am now working on in my branch:

* A few extra things were listed in MANIFEST.in
* I added setupegg.py to the MANIFEST.in
* Fixed a another small bug in ipcontroller that would annoy the hell
out of people on Win32 (basically a confusing exception message).

One more question.  I see that the sdist includes the top-level test
directory.  Do we even use these?  Should they be shipped with the
source?

I need to finish my testing and make sure that I have everything, and
I will let you know.
