[IPython-dev] IPEP: Module reorganization for IPython

Hi,

I just pushed a branch that has a description of the module
reorganization that I want to do in preparation to refactor parts of
the IPython "core" as we call it.  This reorganization will touch most
of IPython and will affect virtually everyone who works on IPython.  I
would like to get feedback on this proposal before I start work.  Let
the games begin!
