I'll try to do this tomorrow.

But I now have mine up for review, that contains...

... the fix for that last bug, as well as a number of other nasty
testing problem fixes.  I've run the full 'iptest' suite on both
python 2.5 and 2.6 Ubuntu (8.10 and  9.04) and now on both systems it
passes cleanly.

I did NOT add any new functionality, the above branch is strictly bug
and test fixing.  Another pair of eyes would be very welcome.

I'll try to finish up the rest of what we have on the plate for 0.10
to go out then...
