Hi everybody,

Today pygtk 2.15.0 became available, which is the first version of pygtk that can be used interactively from plain Python. While this also simplifies the event loop in ipython, only the current developer's version of ipython (and presumably version 0.10.0 and beyond) make use of this, and older versions of ipython may not work correctly with pygtk 2.15.0. So if you're looking to update to pygtk 2.15.0, please wait until ipython 0.10.0 is out.
