[IPython-dev] Coordinating the XREQ and SUB channels

I verified that I have that commit and that I recompiled PyZMQ.
Unfortunately, the problem persists.
Fernando: as a sanity check, can you confirm that you have this problem with
the latest version of PyZMQ?
