[IPython-dev] Another pass at the git workflow docs

Hi,

I've had another go at the 'gitwash' workflow docs that Fernando
pointed y'all to earlier.

I've tried to include many of your suggestions.

For the Ipython folks: your version will just be a search replace of
'nipy' with 'ipython'....

Any feedback would be very welcome.  We'll put them up soon...
