[IPython-dev] Printing support enabled

Hi foiks,

from my presentation at UC Berkeley, we received right away a
contribution to enable printing!  I just now got some time to review
the patch, and it works great, so I've pushed it:

http://github.com/ipython/ipython/commit/0784973fad497ae51da3d70830d1188179bb237a

You can now print an entire session, graphs, syntax highlights and
all, to PDF (see attached).
