[IPython-dev] IPython 0.11 RC2

Hello all,

Thanks for all your help with testing RC1!  We have just finished
cutting RC2, which has several bugfixes thanks to your reporting.

The only significant changes from RC1 are in command-line arguments,
in response to user feedback.

Please continue testing, and let us know what issues you find.  If
there are no more significant changes needed, we will cut the official 0.11
release in a week or so.
