Do we have a rough timeline for 0.13?  In a few weeks I'll have time to 
work on moving Sage to the new IPython, and from your comments above, it 
sounds like it would be better to wait, rather than move to 0.12.

Is the git head fairly stable, or are things broken at this point (i.e., 
should we think about moving to git head?)
