hi fernando,

i use it routinely on our ubuntu cluster and works fine (even the font
rendering). the first-time indexing time (not startup) in a directory can
be long because it builds a set of indices depending on your project
interpreter, but after that it's instantaneous. btw, 2.5 was released last
friday.

it does give a very harsh warning about not having the Sun JDK and
incompatibility with OpenJDK, but i've ignored that from day one!
