as the daily hasn't built since a week because of failures I went ahead
and moved the result to a package and in turn ignore the testsuite
result in the build process.
The xml files go into a ipython-testresults package and are extract to
usr/share/ipython/testresults
The package is published here:
https://launchpad.net/~jtaylor/+archive/ipython-dev/+packages
though to get the url you may have to some scraping as it is built from
bzr not git with the revision number in the filename.
