It sounds great!!! I believe that we can get the two exporters, one 
based in docutils (maybe this one when I get it fully functional) and 
another based into Sphinx (in this case, I don't have too much 
experience with it, but this is a good "excuse" to swim in the 
architecture of this tool).

I am agree with you that the intermediate export to rst is the right 
way, because there are a lot of tools to process this rst file and get 
different views of the notebook. We can not provide all this views, but 
we can give us (as users) a general "starter" format, and I believe that 
rst is the correct one.
