[IPython-dev] error initiating ipython notebook

Hi!

I am following the development branch for ipython, and seems that the
problem was with the commit

https://github.com/ipython/ipython/commit/2a436aee039c5cf851d045062142371876685ad3

changing back to

if len(self.browser) == 0:

makes my notebook work again...
