So there's a record of this if it breaks again: the version of pyzmq
available on PyPI (2.2.0) causes an error with Python 3.3. However,
grabbing the source for that tag from Github and running it through an
up to date Cython makes it work again.

I haven't been paying attention to pyzmq releases, but if there isn't
one planned in the next couple of months, it would be helpful to
re-Cython the files in the release tarball, and upload a 2.2.1, so
that pip install pyzmq will work straight away.
