[IPython-dev] Easy Installation

I'm working on a web app that allows users to set up IPython Notebook
servers on EC2 with a few clicks.

Along the way, I created a simpler app that just takes a few details in a
form and launches a generic instance for you when you hit submit. Is this
at all useful to anyone?
