I just wanted to say great job coding to everyone.  We have merged ~20
pull requests in the last week and have many more in the queue.
Having an ever growing pull request queue is a nice problem to have
:-) To those of you who have recently started to contribute (there are
a number of you), it is great to have your help - we really appreciate
it.
