Still, it can be useful.  And the launchpad/bzr combination is so
horrificly bad, that in more than two years of using it I think we
just had a couple hundred issues total.  I ended up porting ~130 when
I wrote the code to transfer them.  In comparison, we're now reaching
2000 total in less than two years of being at github.  So the transfer
of trackers doesn't skew the numbers too badly, I think.

The current ones are 298 open/1625 closed ones.  I guess if we ignore
the first 6-12 months of history to let the system 'thermalize', it
would be nice to see the evolution of this metric afterwards.
