No worries. It is an nbconvert issue. I'll do it tonight. It it'll be an
easy thing to start with. I've been meaning to make a few easy PRs to
IPython to learn the process.

Have you figured out how to syntax highlight code examples in md cells yet?
I was going to look at that too.
