[IPython-dev] old latex templates for nbconvert?

By all means do add it up, if you found it useful, there's a chance others
will too.  We're just trying to keep the shipped templates to a minimum,
because the use cases and user preferences are endless.  But we also want
it to be easy for folks to find the ones they like.
