[IPython-dev] nbviewer with private repos

And likely for a very long time to come: the moment we start messing with
people's private repositories (were we to do so), we're entering territory
where we expose the open source IPython project to potential liability
issues that I am very, very uncomfortable with.

I know several of us have talked about in various venues, I just wanted to
mention it here for the benefit of everyone else...
