[IPython-dev] Sample ipython notebooks showcasing interactive graphics

We plan on creating an interact/manipulate style API in a separate PR
after the widget stuff lands and have already done much of the design
(in our heads...). If all goes well, you should just be able to use
that API and possibly wrap it into Sage's custom syntax.
