[IPython-dev] Using sphinx to evaluate notebook cells?

Thanks for the improvement suggestions Matthias.  Including the ipython.css
is a good idea and would hopefully allow us to remove that replace hacks
that are in their now.  More suggestions are definitely appreciated.
