[IPython-dev] help menu triggered on executed cell

Hi all,

I run the latest ipython from github, and I noticed that the pop-up help 
in the HTML notebook is displayed, even if the cell has already been 
executed.

Note that the cursor is already in the next line. I was wondering, 
whether this is the intended behaviour (my recollection is that in the 
past this didn't happen), and whether others can reproduce it, if it is 
indeed a bug.
