[IPython-dev] IPython 2.3 released

IPython 2.3, a bugfix release for the 2.x series, has been released. The
most important fix is for a bug that broke the rendering of maths when
notebooks were converted to HTML using nbconvert. As usual, a number of
other bugfixes have been backported from master for this release. You can
