That's probably because these were only developed in the last couple of
weeks and are still in formation. :) We're still ironing out the best way
to handle containerized notebook servers. It seems it is probably time to
announce the sandbox project that has been in quiet development. ;)

There may come a day, but the OAuthenticator and the Dockerspawner are both
regarded as example of custom auth and spawning at this point. We'll see
what happens!
