It's maintained by Jörgen Stenarson, CCed, but I don't think he's had much
time to work on it recently. If the maintainer of pyreadline-ais is
responsive, I would try working with him. If pyreadline gets
problematically out of date, we might point the dependency on Windows to
that fork.
