[IPython-dev] Jupyter Hub login problem

Hi,

I ran the jupyterhub command as an admin user. I can log in using the admin
credential. However, I cannot log in using a different user's credential. I
would get this error message.

{'error': 'Invalid username or password'}

That account does exist and I've made sure that the username/password is
correct.

What am I missing here?
