[IPython-dev] Issue with JupyterHub 0.2.0, ipython 3.2.1 and SSL

Safari only refuses to open websocket connections with untrusted
certificates (e.g. self-signed certs). If you have a fully trusted
certificate, Safari works fine with HTTPS.
