[IPython-dev] set_next_input() multiple times

Hi,

In this issue https://github.com/ipython/ipython/issues/4983
on 10 feb 2014, jfederer proposed a piece of code to achieve
grammatical cell creation.
I don't know whether it still work with the current ipython notebook 
version...
