[IPython-dev] Cntr-s makes cell inactive

I haven't yet found the culprit. I have checked the obvious places
services/contents.js
notebook/js/notebook.js
edit/js/editor.js
but those don't seem to contain the definition of the save function. Can
you point me in the right direction?
