Thanks for that solution!  I actually like Pg Up/Down to scroll as I use it
a lot, so I'll probably give this up for now.

The issue remains that the default for OSX terminal users won't do this,
but at least

a) it works on iTerm
b) there's a workaround if you're willing to sacrifice easy keyboard
scrolling on Terminal.
